RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
- We at Ambiya ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- As a policy, we do not entertain returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed from our end then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
- Check the products carefully once you receive them. If tampering of the package found please mention details about the missing item, damaged/breakage merchandise on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner instead of signing it as ‘received’. Take picture of the receipt and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
- To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery by telephone at +91 9818346674 or +91 7303206556 from Monday-Friday between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST.
- Write to us at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
- There will be no exchange and no return on discounted products, unless there is a quality defect that has gone unnoticed from our end.
- In case of return and exchange please retain the original packaging along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.
