  • As a policy, we do not entertain returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.


  • If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed from our end then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.


  • Check the products carefully once you receive them. If tampering of the package found please mention details about the missing item, damaged/breakage merchandise on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner instead of signing it as received. Take picture of the receipt and send it to within 48 hours

  • Write to us at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

  • There will be no exchange and no return on discounted products unless there is a quality defect that has gone unnoticed from our end.

  • In case of return and exchange please retain the original packaging along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.
